Payment and Refund Terms

This page explains USDT payments, order fulfillment, and refunds for digital goods and services.

1. Payment

Orders are paid in USDT through the connected payment API. The final total is shown on the checkout page before payment.

The order is processed after the payment service confirms payment. Network or provider fees may depend on the selected payment method.

2. Fulfillment

After payment, we review order details and fulfill the selected service within the delivery time shown on the product page.

If the details are incomplete or incorrect, fulfillment may be paused until the customer responds.

3. Refunds Before Fulfillment

If the order has not been fulfilled and the service has not started, the customer may request cancellation through support.

Refunds are issued using the technically available method provided by the payment provider. Network fees may be withheld by the payment system.

4. Refunds After Fulfillment

Digital goods, codes, top-ups, subscriptions, and game services are generally non-refundable after successful fulfillment because the result has already been delivered or activated.

If a service was fulfilled incorrectly due to our error, we will offer correction, re-fulfillment, or another fair resolution.

5. Disputes
